You will lead and develop a high-performing team to enhance service offerings for our customers.Key Accountabilities :

• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the Sonic Equipment team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Sales Strategy: Drive sales initiatives and translate market plans into actionable strategies to achieve set goals.
• Customer Management: Manage sales to your own customer base and oversee tender submissions.
• Marketing Development: Create and implement marketing plans, organize seminars, and prepare budgets to support sales efforts.
• Pipeline Management: Enhance lead generation and pipeline management using Salesforce to track and optimize sales processes.
• Market Coordination: Coordinate and implement sales and marketing activities across the full product portfolio.

Strategic Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decision-making.
• Long-term Planning: Develop and execute long-term business strategies that align with company objectives and drive sustainable growth.
• Partnership Development: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and industry leaders to enhance market presence.
• Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business unit performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on business objectives and fostering collaboration across departments.
• Budget Support: support General Manager with the business unit’s budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets while identifying opportunities for cost optimization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the medical or diagnostic equipment sector.

Skills and Abilities :

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Proficiency in Navision or other ERP systems
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
