Job description: Your Job Introduction The Business Systems Manager for APAC & India will be responsible for overseeing ib vogt’s business systems environment in these regions, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and additional modules. This role involves leading a small team, setting up and maintaining efficient processes, and ensuring organizational adherence to these processes, as well as rolling out ib vogt’s system setups in APAC & India. The Business Systems Manager will report directly to the Director of Accounting & Tax and will play a critical role in optimizing our financial and operational systems & processes. Resposibilities Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules and peripheral systems. Ensure systems are configured to meet business needs and industry standards based on national requirements. Manage and resolve any issues related to ERP systems in a timely manner. Lead and mentor a team consisting of different responsibilities. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities for team members. Develop, document, and implement robust business systems processes. Ensure processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards. Monitor adherence to established processes across the organization and implement corrective actions as needed. Work closely with the Stakeholder and Shareholder Management on a global level and other key stakeholders to align system capabilities with business objectives. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand and address their needs and challenges Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Stay up to date with industry best practices and technological advancements in all fields of used and needed Business Systems. Lead initiatives to integrate new features and functionalities that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Your profile Your profile Bachelor’s degree in Business / Economics IT or Information Technology with a hands-on track of Implementation experiences. Advanced degree or professional certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and extended Modules as Projects, Service Fields, EDI and BI. Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong background in process development and implementation within a finance/accounting context. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. High level of integrity and professional ethics.
