In this role. you will be pivotal in embedding new systems and processes throughout the company once implemented.You will also be involved in systems design and implementation, with a primary focus on post-installation activities to reinforce system adoption, measure engagement, and resolve any issues.Key Responsibilities:

• System Implementation and Design:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new systems and processes.
• Ensure systems are aligned with business goals and user requirements.
• Post-Implementation Support:

• Monitor system adoption and user engagement.
• Provide training and support to ensure effective use of new systems.
• Identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the system.
• Continuous Improvement:

• Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement changes and updates to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
• Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new systems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in system design, implementation, and post-installation support.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with project management and change management.
• Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools.
• Certification in relevant areas is a plus.
