In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and following up on missing documents across stores, addressing issues that could affect multiple locations and stakeholders. Additionally, you will identify process gaps that may hinder business efficiency and contribute to improving overall operations.Role Responsibilities

  • Document and troubleshoot system issues which will include re-testing software before deploying into production at stores or Head Office
  • Develop testing criteria and help brainstorm scenarios to be considered, utilising experience gained at store level or in similar role
  • Create internal and external communication to prepare stakeholders for the changes and monitor potential issues after the cut over
  • Follow up stakeholders (e.g Suppliers) to resend, amend or review their documents to provide HO and stores the information required to close the loop on the order to invoice (credits if required) process
  • Conduct testing on internal applications and understand the basics of how the system interacts with external applications to provide HO & stores data on Orders, Invoices and Credits
  • Raise awareness and identify internal or external gaps which may be preventing the company from running as smooth & effectively to be reviewed for positive change

Skills and experienceSkills

  • Clear communication – verbal and written
  • Critical thinking with the ability to identify patterns and problem solve
  • Empathetic and positive attitude to work
  • Intermediate Office suite knowledge

Experience

  • Chemist Warehouse or Retail experience
  • Supervisor or management experience
  • Trained team members in a similar role to their own experience
