Responsibilities:

• Analyzes complex business problems with the goal of solving the problems with automated systems
• Experience in identifying, evaluating, designing and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet customer requirements
• Contributes with the team to develop integrations, converts data, and configures system settings and options; participates to plan unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements
• Provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems
• Participate in cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues
• Documents details of automated systems
• Act as a resource to users for questions related to automated systems and participate in cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues
• Experience with multi-tenant, cloud-based web-enabled solutions

Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of experience
• Expertise in writing SQL queries.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Sisense, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Qlik. Sisense preferred.
• Experience with data warehousing tools such as Google Big Query, Snowflake or Amazon Redshift. Google Cloud and BigQuery preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to understand end user issues
• Technical hands-on experience
• Able to work independently and excel in a collaborative environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications
• Ability to implement new systems and tools
• Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures
• Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of JavaScript/Node JS. Experience creating JavaScript code is a plus.
• Experience performing in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
