Job description: We are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst for a contract role with one of our clients in Canada.Duration: 06+ Months
Location: Toronto, ONKey Responsibilities:

• Business & Technical Requirements Gathering : Able to elicit, document, and translate advisor pain points and technical issues into actionable requirements.
• Process Mapping & Gap Analysis : Skilled at visualizing current workflows and identifying inefficiencies in system usage, support flows, and hardware/app interactions.
• Data Analysis & Root Cause Investigation: Uses incident trends, logs, and telemetry data to identify systemic issues across devices, apps, and environments.
• Solution Design & Validation Support: Partners with engineering teams to define, test, and refine short- and long-term remediation strategies.
• Documentation & Reporting: Produces detailed specs, executive summaries, dashboards, and impact assessments tailored for both technical and business audiences.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Bridges the gap between business, app support, infrastructure, and program teams with clarity and precision.
