• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support our penetration testing team who will be working closely with the squad leads on scheduling, policy exception lifecycle, and reporting processes. This role sits at the intersection of security, operations, and data analysis, ensuring that our testing schedules, exceptions, and metrics are effectively tracked and communicated.

Preferred skills

• Experience working with InfoSec or AppSec teams
• Understanding of compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms
• Experience in automating reporting or workflows (Power Automate, scripting, etc.)

Qualifications

• 1+ years as a Business Analyst, Risk Analyst, or Security Operations Coordinator
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Experience with dashboarding/reporting tools (e.g. Excel, SharePoint, PPT)
• Familiarity with penetration testing processes or broader cybersecurity concepts
• Knowledge of IT policies, exception handling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepares the squads for Annual Pentest Work Schedule & Forecast
• Updates the Pentest Schedule Change and Progress/Completion
• Provides Pentest Schedule Progress to Clients/Regions via Regular meetings
• Prepares periodic Reporting (Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly)
• Third party pentest scheduling and coordination
