This is a key role within our Finance Systems & Data Analytics team, focused on ensuring the smooth operation of our incentive processes that directly impact sales performance and engagement.You’ll be the primary go-to for system-related queries, data integrity issues, and enhancements—working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver a seamless and reliable experience for our end users.In addition to supporting the MySales system, you’ll contribute to broader business and systems analysis across our finance systems landscape.Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the MySales (Performio) system to ensure accurate and timely processing of incentive data.
• Provide first-line support for user queries, including system access, data issues, and reporting concerns.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies, calculation errors, and system anomalies to uphold data integrity.
• Liaise with Performio and internal teams to manage system updates, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Monitor system data feeds and integrations to ensure reliability and completeness of incentive-related data.
• Document processes, create user guides, and support training and knowledge sharing across the business.

About You

• You have experience working with incentive systems or similar business platforms (Performio experience a bonus).
• Strong analytical skills and a natural curiosity for identifying and solving data-related issues.
• Comfortable working across teams, with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-focused, with a methodical approach to testing, validation, and documentation.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment, meeting deadlines with accuracy.
• A collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in continuous improvement and system optimisation.
