As their systems evolve, they’re looking for someone to help optimise and maintain the tools that make this delivery possible.About the RoleThis role is ideal for someone with a background in technology or application support who has also dabbled in business analysis. What’s critical here is hands-on experience with configuring Microsoft 365 (particularly Dynamics) and an LMS – ideally Moodle.You’ll work closely with internal teams to support system enhancements, improve workflows, and ensure platforms are set up to meet the needs of the organisation and its learners. It’s a great step for someone looking to move into functional consulting or grow their product-side BA skills.Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Configure and support Microsoft 365 systems (especially Dynamics)
• Manage and maintain Moodle (or similar LMS) platform configurations
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and plan improvements
• Analyse and optimise processes, workflows and user journeys
• Support roadmap planning and solution delivery across platforms

Skills and Experience Required

• Solid experience with Microsoft 365 configuration – ideally Dynamics
• LMS configuration experience – Moodle highly preferred
• Exposure to business analysis, functional consulting or similar work
• Strong people skills and ability to engage across teams
• Curious, process-minded, and keen to learn and grow
