Job description: Job DescriptionWe’re seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead the design and delivery of technology solutions across key business areas including Front Office, Finance, Back Office, Static Data, and Risk. This role combines strong business analysis skills with Calypso expertise to support both new development and existing systems.Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Lead solution design and recommend options based on current system capabilities and business needs.
• Support testing activities by translating requirements into test scenarios and validating results.
• Contribute to project planning, risk management, scoping, and status reporting.
• Drive integration efforts, assess impacts to systems and processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to established standards and processes in requirements and project management.
• Provide SME-level insight and mentorship to colleagues, and collaborate with vendors on business case development and SLAs.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree.
• 5+ years of Capital Markets experience, including 3+ years working with Calypso.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, particularly fixed income, cash products, and derivatives.
• Advanced knowledge of business analysis techniques, systems integration, and project delivery best practices.
• Strong ability to work independently or as a team lead, with experience guiding and coaching analysts.
• Comfortable acting as a subject matter expert and consultant across business and technology teams.
