Job Description: Job description (heading) / Description du poste (titre) Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify business requirements for system enhancements and data management. Analyze and prioritize requirements to align technical solutions with business objectives. Familiarity on SQL and ETL for analysis, decision-making , investigation and reporting. Investigate existing systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements based on data analysis. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and system changes to facilitate clear communication across teams. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery. Preferred skills (heading) / Comp tences particuli res (titre ) Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to data management, governance, and reporting. Data Analysis: Analyze data flows, structures, and quality issues to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Support Data Governance: Assist in implementing and maintaining data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with data standards and policies. SQL Proficiency: Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources to support decision-making and reporting needs. Data Quality Assurance: Develop and implement processes for monitoring and improving data quality, including identifying and resolving data discrepancies. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data management processes, requirements, and system changes to facilitate clear communication across teams. Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams to ensure effective data integration and management. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data management to recommend innovative solutions that enhance data processes. Qualifications (heading) / Comp tences (titre) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on data management. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
