Job description: As the Business Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a range of business software systems that help the Delivery Authority organise, store, and access important information. Reporting to the Lead Business & Information Analyst you’ll manage key platforms including Content Manager (TRIM), InEight TeamBinder, Absorb LMS, Martian Logic (HRIS), and ProjectWise. This role ensures best-practice configuration, business process automation, end-user training, and compliance with records management and privacy legislation. It requires a hands-on technical administrator who collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain and optimise our systems functionality and data integrity. • Configure and administer business-critical systems (TRIM, TeamBinder, Absorb LMS, Martian Logic, ProjectWise)
• Perform system upgrades, apply patches, and troubleshoot technical issues
• Ensure compliance with privacy and records management legislation through regular audits and reporting
• Develop and deliver training, user guides, and advanced support
• Collaborate on technical projects and manage risk across system enhancements
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and system efficiency
• Maintain comprehensive and current system documentation

About You:

• Strong expertise with Content Manager (TRIM) and InEight (TeamBinder) – essential
• Experience with Absorb LMS, Martian Logic, and ProjectWise – highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to train staff and provide expert-level user support
• Solid knowledge of records management principles and relevant legislation
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and reporting skills
• Project management experience and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or certifications in IT or Information Management will be highly regarded
• Experience working in government or a public sector environment is advantageous
