You will be based at our headquarters in Hedehusene and collaborate with an international team, providing support to executive management.“You can look forward to interacting with a lot of key stakeholders, as we are responsible for all projects within finance transformation. As a highly collaborative, global team, we help set the stage and influence what finance should look like in the future,” explains your manager, Cornèl Pretorius, who is based in Portugal.Combine administrative support with business analysisAs a Business Support Specialist, your role involves analysing portfolio data and handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of finance-related projects and department functions. You can expect approximately a 50/50 division between business analysis and administrative responsibilities, with tasks ranging from managing documents to exposure to key stakeholders.You will also participate in developing core processes within the PGO function, focusing on optimisation and best practice, and some travel will be required.Among your key responsibilities will be to:
