You’ll play an essential role in providing administrative support to the Water and Sewer Maintenance work activities, using your judgment and organisational skills to contribute to the smooth running of operations.   • Location: Permanent full-time role at the Charlton Administration Building.
  • Salary: $74,273.89 – $79,960.78 per annum (gross), plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

Skills for Success:

  • Qualifications/Experience:
  • Certificate III in Business/Administration or relevant experience/qualifications.
  • Current ‘C’ Class Driver’s Lice
  • Administrative Expertise: Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in managing tasks and communications.
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify process improvements and adapt to change.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative and committed to working well with others.
