The position maintains internal documentation and databases, assists in policy development, and contributes to quality improvement and technological innovation. The position also undertakes discrete projects to enhance business operations.In undertaking the role of this position, the occupant will need to recognise that there is a commitment to focussing on the needs of the individual, their families, carers or advocates working in partnership for better outcomes in relation to mental health, alcohol and other drug issues.Subject to your position, work area and Industrial Award/Agreement, Commission employees may access a range of benefits including:
