Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​The Business Strategy Specialist will lead the establishment of new ventures products and services for future customer offerings. This role requires excellent strategic planning, analytical skills and ability to drive initiatives.What are you accountable for?1. Business Strategy:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities
• Develop and launch of new products and services
• Assist in setting strategic direction for product portfolios
• Support the submission of documents for applications and certifications.
• Support the annual budget and business plan preparation

2. Competitive Positioning Analysis:

• Conduct business and competitive analysis for new proposals to inform decision making and business negotiations.
• Use consumer insights and data analytics to inform product pricing and market strategies.

3. Market Research:

• Monitor regulatory developments, industry trends, and emerging technologies
• Analyse existing and new products for actionable insights.
• Perform regulatory scans and stay updated on industry trends, including market-based mechanisms.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as requested by the Manager.

What do you need to have for this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related fields. Master’s degree or relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.
• Demonstrated business development experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Ability to demonstrate business and financial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
