Receive 30% off Telstra products and services, plus unlock exclusive discounts from over 240 brands and partners.What You’ll DoThe Telstra InfraCo’s Strategic Execution and Operational Excellence team is responsible for developing strategies and bringing them to life through execution programs and driving operational excellence across the InfraCo business.A Business Strategy Specialist will play a critical role in driving strategic and operational initiatives for the InfraCo business. This position will involve developing and implementing business strategies, optimising operational processes, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business strategy, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.Key Responsibilities:This is how you will bring the purpose of your role to life:Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve operational excellencePrepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate findings and recommendationsConduct research and analysis to identify challenges and opportunities and come up with recommendations to address theseCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support strategic projectsAnalyse internal and external data and provide insights to support decision-makingSupport with delivery of strategic programs of work that drive value creation for the businessSupport the senior members of the team with various tasks and projects as neededProvide input on decisions about future investments and business optimisation strategiesAbout youEssential Requirements:Previous experience in management consulting or strategic rolesStrong presentation skills – must have previous experience creating powerpoint presentations to present to executive levelExperience in Strategy Development and ExecutionAdvanced proficiency in data analysisStrong analytical thinking and problem solving skillsFamiliar with project/program delivery methodologiesStrong business acumenAbility to partner with the business to deliver on key project outcomesWe encourage applications from people of all abilities and backgrounds – including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, the LGBQTI+ community, linguistically diverse, and people living with disability.
