You will need you to roll out strategies, coordinating projects and identification for future projects opportunities to ensure growth and business wins. You will primarily consist of analyzing the business in depth, drawing inferences from it to prepare strategies and support with business development.This role is Gurgaon, India based and will report to Sub-Regional Lead (Nourish), ISC.How you will contribute and leadDevelop the region growth strategy plan and drive the implementation.Formulate specific go-to-market strategies for new growth initiatives and leading key programs for the Indian sub-continent for the Flavors business.Use analytics to derive a critical understanding of business nuances and draw important business conclusions.Lead the India portfolio management team activities.Liaison with global portfolio management core team.Coordinate key global strategies and projects and the implement in India.Communicate the key business objectives and interact with staff throughout the Company to provide leadership, direction and foster team spirit.What you will need to be successfulExtensive experience in a senior business leadership role with technical or commercial background.Minimum 5-6 years of significant management experience at senior level, preferably within the Food Ingredients/Food Industry.Proven ability to work on business analytics is a must have.Proven ability to prepare effective communication decks to ensure that strategic conclusions can be effectively explained and shared.Proven ability to communicate effectively with all relevant parts of the organization as well as external customers.Resources, budget and people management and leadership skills.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
