You’ll be responsible for managing the live infrastructure that enables performance reviews, forecast planning, and strategic visibility across our GTM segments.This role is purpose-built for those who thrive in executional excellence, maintaining systems, enforcing process quality, and delivering consistent operational output. As we evolve away from a generalist model, these Specialists are core to building a layered, scalable ops structure.What You’ll Do:

• Maintain Reporting Infrastructure: Keep performance scorecards, trackers, and Business Review templates current across business segments
• Support Operational Cadences: Coordinate and enforce timelines for WBRs, forecast input collection, and segment retros
• Ensure Data Hygiene: Perform regular QA on SFDC records and flag misalignments or outliers
• Coordinate Inputs Across Teams: Partner with Analysts, Sales Managers, Enablement, and GTM Ops to streamline input delivery
• Document & Systematize: Update SOPs, reporting documentation, and internal wikis

What We’re Looking For:

• Professional Background: 0-2 years of experience in business operations, sales support, or data-heavy roles
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel; comfort navigating CRMs
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong attention to detail and process ownership mindset. A clear communicator who thrives in fast-moving, remote-first environments
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Economics, or related fields. Certifications in SFDC, SQL, or Tableau are a plus
