About the companyOur client is a well-established banking group in Hong Kong. Due to the recent expansion, they are now looking for high calibre for a Strategy and Analysis Manager position for their Corporate Banking team.About the jobReporting to the Head of Strategy and Analysis, you will conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis for corporate banking and suggest business insights for senior management. You are required to evaluate business performance, sales results and business findings to identify opportunities in driving profits. You will support branch business by participating in various projects including corporate banking sales plan development, product promotion coordination, and process streamline projects to improve business efficiency. In addition, you are responsible for drafting and presenting monthly plans, business insights and annual business results to senior management to maximize profits.The successful applicantTo qualify, the successful individual must possess:

• Degree holder, preferably in Business related disciplines.
• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in strategy planning and analysis reporting in corporate banking.
• Sound corporate banking business knowledge with previously working in branch experience required.
• Solid in formulating MIS reports and sales analysis.
• Strong business sense, good analytical mind and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge in using PowerPoint, Excel, VBA and other statistical tools.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin language.
• Native Mandarin candidates with relevant banking strategy experience and right to work in Hong Kong is highly preferred.
