So that together we can support even more people – including our own – to live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.If you believe in better, we’d love to hear from you.About the RoleThis position aims to support the Business Strategy and Transformation Lead/Principal on various enterprise and strategic work assignments, which includes collaborating with the different BUs to facilitate the development of strategic plans, business review materials and other materials requested by the CEO.Roles and Responsibilities:As Business Strategy and Transformation Consultant, this person works with the Business Strategy & Transformation Principal/Lead to craft the development of strategic business plans, monitor the implementation of key initiatives to drive the expected outcomes, and ensure the accurate reporting of the same in various discussion forums with local senior management and group stakeholders. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across different functions in the organization to initiate discussions on the strategic planning exercise, manage expectations and ensure understanding of critical timelines.
• Facilitate and handle coordination with key stakeholders, reviewing reportorial requirements and projections related to annual strategic planning exercise, providing insights and ensuring consistency of information reported across BUs, and alignment of BU goals to support overall enterprise goals.
• Assist in integrating data from various units, analyzing correlation between actual results/progress and desired outcomes, and delivering actionable insights and support, as may be needed by business partners.
• Provide insights to help craft analysis and next step recommendations to help support achievement of business goals.
• Proactively provide the necessary support to ensure:
• Delivery of weekly updates to RCE within agreed timelines, accurately reflected the latest business performance, what is doing well/what can be improved further and clarity on the action plans and commitments.
• Prompt and quality delivery of presentation materials needed for the Quarterly Business Reviews (attended by the Group CEO), and Monthly Business Reviews and Small Group Discussions with RCE.
• CEO requested materials/analysis are provided within the time needed by the chief executive and covers all the critical information considering the desired objective.
• Perform other responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time by the Business Strategy and Transformation Lead/Principal – to support the achievement of overall organizational goals and /or BSTO commitments to the CEO.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Finance or Business course, CPA/CFA/MBA or background in external audit or business consultancy, a plus
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience, with exposure in project implementation, strategy development, transformation or related roles.
• Solid knowledge of Insurance Operations, Financials and Key Metrics
• Highly analytical, with strong problem-solving skills and strategic mindset
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders of all levels.
• Special Skills – with advance knowledge of PowerPoint, able to do powerful presentations and effective storytelling of desired message to senior management.
