As the Business Development and Strategy Manager, you will:

• Lead and implement growth strategies to exceed sales targets and business goals
• Identify and develop new opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement
• Build and manage strong client relationships , acting as a trusted advisor
• Oversee proposals, contracts, and tenders , ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored health and safety solutions
• Track and report on KPIs , sales forecasts, and business development activities
• Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to stay ahead in the market
• Inspire and lead your team , encouraging high performance and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in business development and strategic management
• Strong track record of driving business growth and managing high-value client accounts
• Expertise in market analysis, forecasting, and planning
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong client relationships
• Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative approach
• Experience in health, safety , or related sectors is a plus
• A proactive, customer-first mindset with a passion for creating value
