These roles offer excellent career progression opportunities in a supportive environment where your technical expertise will be valued and developed.Position 1: Business Services Tax Accountant with strong compliance focus Position 2: Business Services Tax Accountant with SMSF specialisation (minimum 2 years SMSF experience with multiple clients required)KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various entity structures including individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
• Prepare and lodge tax returns and financial statements with high attention to detail
• Calculate and advise on Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) matters
• Conduct thorough reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional and timely communication
• Research complex technical issues to provide accurate, informed advice
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client service

REQUIRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• CPA/CA qualification with minimum 5 years’ experience in a Business Services Accountant role
• Strong technical taxation and accounting knowledge with proven business experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency in Xero and aptitude for adopting new technologies
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• For SMSF position: Demonstrated experience managing SMSF clients (minimum 2 years)
