Zodpovědnosti:Your Responsibilities:Business Partnering: Advising operational and business leadership on all finance-related matters.P&L and Balance Sheet Responsibility: Managing the profit & loss statement and balance sheet of the business unit, developing initiatives to ensure positive financial development.Market and Financial Trend Analysis: Anticipating market, technology, and financial trends to maintain competitiveness.Budget and Forecast Support: Preparing budgets, financial plans, and forecasts for revenue, margin, and EBIT.Strategic Advice and Collaboration: Supporting operational partners with strategic guidance and close collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. Kvalifikace:Your Qualifications:Experience & Expertise: Approximately 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within service-oriented industries.Systems Knowledge: Expert knowledge of MS Office, SAP, HFM (including SmartView), and Power BI.Language & Accounting Standards: Fluent in both German and English; knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS is a plus.Work Approach & Accountability: Solution- and results-oriented, proactive mindset, strong sense of responsibility.Analytical Skills & Flexibility: Strong analytical skills, resilience in times of change, and high adaptability.Communication & Project Management: Clear communication skills, ability to manage both short-term tasks and long-term goals while maintaining a strategic overview.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and supportive working environment.Flexible working hours.A diverse and inclusive corporate culture.Training and mentoring opportunities.
