Tēnei tūranga – About the Role:The Our Future Services programme will deliver a more cost-effective immigration system that is more productive, more effective at managing immigration risk, and provides a better experience for our customers and staff.The programme will be delivered through multiple workstreams working in parallel, with each workstream implementing key initiatives with set milestone dates.You will be part of the Business Analytics and Targeting team in the Immigration Risk and Border Branch within Immigration New Zealand. You will report to the Team Leader, Business Analytics and Targeting.You will be responsible for maintaining business rules to support the visa risk targeting system which the Business Analytics and Targeting team administers. This role would suit a candidate wanting to begin a career in business rules management at the intersection of ICT and operations. The Business Rules Author will receive on-the-job training to develop and test business rules.
