Applicants interested in this role must apply through recruiting@munichre.com and reference job code: PKN.Duties: Work with other analysts, technical leads, system testing and/or IT managers to produce project estimates for IT efforts. Conduct requirement gathering and gap analysis activities for IT projects and relevant maintenance and support initiatives. Create business requirements, functional requirements, and data mapping documents as required for projects and/or production support. Track, manage, and report issues and scope changes on small maintenance efforts. Identify continuous process improvement opportunities and operationalize solutions for same. Create and maintain relevant documentation for software changes to ensure long-term maintainability. Follow established guidelines and processes for project methodologies utilized in delivery. Leverage a variety of requirement related skills to facilitate the gathering of business requirements such as Process Flows, Gap Analysis, root cause assessment. Assist in the creation of test cases and test data for, and the execution of unit, integration, system and end user testing.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or a closely related field plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a System Analyst, Requirement/Test Engineer, or closely related position. Prior work experience must include: Development of test strategies, test cases and testing result monitoring; Running end-to-end data integration lifecycles; Providing project timelines, status, and risk assessments; Managing requirement traceability; Hosting/facilitating customer user acceptance testing; Creating project artifact template; Using Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimsCenter application; Using Oracle Database Management System and MS SQL Server Databases; Developing use cases and analyzing business requirements; Identifying business criticality; and, Policy/procedure/process methodology implementation. May telecommute but must have ability to report Amelia, OH office at least 2 times per week.
