Job description: Responsibilities: Drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, employing a human-centered design approach. Shape and manage the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with client needs and wants. Validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops, enabling informed and timely direction changes. Collaborate with business architects and planners to assess current capabilities and identify high-level customer requirements. Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Set up and maintain the Requirements and Traceability deliverables. Participate in transitioning requirements and use cases to designers, ensuring clear and complete understanding. Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing. Participate in quality management reviews to ensure designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products fulfill the necessary criteria. Serve as a resource for the change enablement team in evaluating training and performance support needs, and assist in designing the corresponding training and performance support products. Qualifications: Must have skills: Business Requirements Analysis. Good to have skills: Understanding of quality management processes, user acceptance testing, and change enablement. Bachelor’s degree (BS) required. Amenable to work onsite in Cebu. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php90, 00 – Php100,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Promotion to permanent employee Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary Overtime pay
