In this role you will be responsible for developing, building and maintaining relationships with customers and intermediaries to expand the people risk business in NSW and nationally. You will need to have a strong focus on relationship management and sales, whilst meeting all compliance and regulatory standards.Your new roleYou will work as part of a National team and be responsible for the account management of a portfolio of customers. You will also;Develop engagement plans, proactively developing key relationships and analyse current trends and growth opportunities within the portfolioEstablish and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholdersBe the voice of the customer in our business, with the ability to work across different business units to bring the best of QBE to the customers program.About youWe are looking for candidates with extensive workers compensation experience from either a Broker, Account Management, Claims or Underwriting background.
