You will be part of a new initiative to centralize our data at an enterprise level. The EDP treats data as an asset and product, ensuring high-quality data is available reliably and timely. This initiative will unlock AI and advanced analytics potential, driving standardization, optimization, and improvements across DSV globally.Curious and Interested in Digital Transformation
As a Business Relationship Manager, you will bridge business objectives and IT services. Your focus will be on establishing and maintaining positive relationships, understanding business needs, aligning them with IT capabilities, and ensuring IT services contribute to overall success. You will work closely with the Head of Enterprise Data Platform to drive strategic initiatives and support the EDP department in its future organizational development.With a good balance between recurring reporting tasks and innovative, ad hoc assignments, your workday will include:

• Business Engagement and Stakeholder Relations: Facilitate transparent communication, advocate business priorities, and mitigate escalations.
• Governance and Processes: Define and establish EDP’s governance models, conduct assessments, and propose solutions including budget management and reporting.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, key controls, project mobilization, and ROI. Establish new processes and build relationships with finance to support the setup of the new EDP organization.
• Department Management: Oversee and coordinate the department’s recruitments together with local HR and Vendor Management Office to ensure that the department resource needs are controlled and well documented.
• Strategic Communication: Handle strategic communication, create toolboxes and templates, and prepare presentations.

Qualifications
If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a sound interest in transformation and technology and you have a talent for deep diving into new areas and absorbing the needed knowledge along the way, we invite you to apply for the Business Relationship Manager position. Furthermore, we imagine that you:

• Have 2-5 years of experience with digital products and platforms, ideally in supply chain and logistics.
• Hold a master’s degree in a relevant field, such as MSc in Business Administration or Engineering.
• Have knowledge of IT process optimization, and you are preferably familiar with IT service delivery and the software development lifecycle.
• Could have some experience in a larger IT organization, related to e.g., project management, business partnering or the like.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and possibly Power BI.
• Have an international mindset and are fluent in English with great communication skills.
• Possess exceptional analytical skills, are self-driven, and have strong communication skills.
