We are seeking a Business Process Transformation Specialist- POS & Store Operation to define consistent business process and be responsible for delivering the “DFI Way” process operating model across all our supply chain related functions. We operate in multiple countries and need consistent business processes across all the markets we operate in. This position will have frequent direct exposure to business process owners and subject matter experts across buy (commercial), move (supply chain), sell (retail stores), O2O (e-commerce) , finance and existing IT functions. Job Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders. Prioritize requirements and secure stakeholder approval. Evaluate cost-benefit impacts to ensure focus on high-value initiatives. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements. Design high-level process and technology solutions aligned with business goals. Validate final solutions and obtain sign-off from business users. Conduct and support solution testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Collaborate effectively with technical teams to ensure successful implementation. Champion process standardization and continuous improvement across markets. Job Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience in a sizable organization, with a key role in supply chain or retail operations. Strong expertise in POS systems and store operations processes. Proven experience in business and systems analysis, including process mapping, requirements definition, and solution design. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels. Experience managing external vendors and working within a matrixed organization. Familiarity with retail technologies and industry best practices. Creative, organized, and self-driven with a passion for driving change. Language proficiency in English , Cantonese , and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients. Show more Show less
