Job description: Michael Page are currently partnering with a global player in the Industrial/Manufacturing industry to recruit a permanent and experienced Regional Business Process Owner to own the FP&A function of their Shared Services Centre, based in Johor Bahru. Description Your main job duties will include; Identify and analyse future needs and design organisations, processes and solutions to create a model meeting both legal and business requirements Contribute actively in process design, organise data and analyse pros and cons of alternative solutions Work closely with internal stakeholders to design finance flows Create and maintain month end closing Conduct Gap Analysis workshops Create and maintain finance business process master list Identity any bad use of the system impacting data accuracy or closing deadlines, whilst defining action plans Profile The successful candidate will ideally have at least 5 years of finance/accounting experience, with atleast 1 -2 years experience in FP&A. They will have a bachelor degree or at least a finance/accounting diploma. SAP experience is a must, and an interest/good knowledge base of IT and ERPs is also preferred.
