#LI-HybridDo you have a strong passion for Accounts Payable and Payment processes and looking for a position that allows you to enhance systems, optimize workflows and contribute meaningfully to a global organization?Seize this incredible opportunity to make a significant impact by enhancing quality and efficiency within our team!Please note the work location is either Billund, Denmark or Prague, Czech Republic and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.Core ResponsibilitiesDesign, maintain, and optimize Accounts Payable and Payments processes and systems, promoting an End-to-End approach for seamless operations.Identify business requirements and conduct root cause analyses while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.Standardize, document, and enhance processes, integrating governance to ensure compliance and efficiency.Define, test, and implement new system functionalities, contributing to projects and workgroups with a focus on change management.Manage relationships with Global Process Owners, IT, and key stakeholders, identifying inefficiencies and recommending optimizations.Provide training and daily support to users on system processes and governance.Play your part in our team succeedingThe Procure to Pay (P2P) team is within Business Processes & Information and is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of finance transactional and HR processes as well as process support for controlling, training and project portfolio. Our main mission is to develop, maintain and optimize efficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with IT solutions!Do you have what it takes?3+ years’ experience with Accounts Payable and Payment processes.Solid SAP FI skills and experience with Process Director AP and SAP4Hana implementationStrong communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to explain complex topics simply.Experience in utilizing Process Mining tools and analysis for process optimization and improvements, alongside skills in process documentation, training, and continuous improvement.Exhibited a structured continuous improvement mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Collaborative, respectful, and firm in dealing with people.Diligent, analytical, and able to prioritize effectively.Eager to learn and think creatively within structured boundaries.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Willingness to travel up to 15 days a year.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
