As one of New Zealand’s largest and most iconic retail brands, we’re committed to delivering exceptional products and service to our customers while continuously striving for innovation and improvement.Role Overview:As a Business Process Improvement Coordinator, you will support process improvement initiatives, coordinate sponsorship campaigns and events, and provide flexible support to E-commerce, Marketing, and Store teams to help drive operational efficiency and successful execution across the business.Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of business improvement initiatives by assisting with data analysis, coordinating process changes, and contributing to efforts that drive operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Coordinate and manage sponsorship campaigns and related events in alignment with the scheduled plans.
• Provide flexible, ad hoc support to E-commerce Operations, Marketing, and Retail Stores, particularly in the planning and execution of events as required.

Requirements:

• Familiar with business process improvement methodologies

• Must have hands-on experience using SAP
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
• Able to interpret details while seeing the bigger picture
• Capable of documenting and visualizing processes
• Accurate in assessing and improving processes
• Problem-solver with a proactive approach
