- Develop and implement strategies to enhance business processes and systems.
- Coordinate change management initiatives across different departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Establish metrics to monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented changes.
- Provide training and support to staff members in relation to new systems and processes.
- Prepare and present reports to the senior management team on process improvement and change initiatives.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Business Process Improvement & Change Coordinator should have:
- A degree in Change Management, Quality Management or similar.
- Experience with Six Sigma Lean is preferred.
- Proven experience in business process improvement and change management.
- Experience within a utilities/services industry is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
