In this role you will be working closely with the Operational Excellence Programme Manager to support the role out of Digital Business Process Management alongside other Operational Excellence activity across the Business. This role will have a particular focus on compliance processes and tracking in line with our current business objectives.The Business Process Improvement Analysts purpose is to support Continuous Improvement activity across Informa Tech Target and specifically supporting the roll out of our digital business process management system, Nintex Promapp.You will have a passion for process management and enjoy collaborating with colleagues across the business sharing best practice and ensuring high quality outputs. You will also have the opportunity to support project and program work being delivered by the Operational Excellence team.Key Areas of Responsibility & AccountabilityAs a Business Process Improvement Analyst, you will ensure the delivery of the following key objectives:
