We are more than 121,000 professionals working in multidisciplinary teams with profiles as diverse as financiers, legal experts, data scientists, developers, engineers and designers.About the job:Business Process Engineering is a cross-asset and multidisciplinary team within Engineering CIB whose goal is the transformation and optimization of the operational processes and with three main targets: improve customer experience, efficiency and reduce operational risk.We are seeking to incorporate a team member to the BPE CIB UK and Continental Europe team committed to participate in process transformation projects with high impact in CIB business, in productivity improvements or that entail a relevant risk for CIB operations. As part of this tasks you will have the opportunity to collaborate and interact with different areas and stakeholders based in Europe branches and holding units within BBVA.If you decide to join us, your day-to-day would consist in:
- Defining and executing Process Transformation Plans with specific focus on those affecting BBVA Europe Branches’ operations.
- Participating as a process engineer in SDA CIB projects, designing and coordinating re-engineering processes proposals.
- Executing key process reengineering initiatives with an “end to end” view (conceptualization and improvement solutions proposals, designed after an As Is /To be process analysis) with focus on process optimization and definition of KPIs.

Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of experience in a Process Management/Process Engineering / Consulting/ Corporate & Investment Banking role.
- Proficiency in mapping processes using business process management notations (BPMN) or other industry standard is preferred (i.e. ARIS).
- Prior success in leading process redesign efforts on large programs.
- Ability to think holistically about complex organizational, process, and technology systems.
- Ability to create deliverable documents in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Google Sheets.
- Experience with customer journey mapping, identification of moments of truth, and action planning.
- Strategic organizational change management.
- Experience from intent development through realization with strong focus on identifying and mitigating change risks.
- Work experience and knowledge in at least one or more financial services functions: Wholesale Banking activities like Global Markets, Transactional Banking, Lending, Transaction Processing, Deposit Operations, Operations, Finance, Bond Financial Risk.
Languages:
- English Speaker, desirable Spanish (no mandatory).
- Knowledge in French, German or Italian will also be valued.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to personal work quality.
