Job description: Client & Project: We are seeking for a new talent to join the Business & Technology Integration team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project ‘001144653 – Petronas FRT’. The client is PETRONAS, a company specializing in the energy sector. Responsibilities: As a Business Process Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and improving workflows. Identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and proposing solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborating with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Designing continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help refine processes over time. Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Beginner proficiency in Business Process Design is required. Beginner level of proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is recommended. Process Design Mapping and Analysis at a Beginner proficiency level is suggested.
