Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases, and participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: – Expected to be an SME. – Collaborate and manage the team to perform. – Responsible for team decisions. – Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. – Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. – Develop innovative business process models. – Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. – Conduct process audits to ensure compliance. Professional & Technical Skills: – Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Google Cloud Data Services, Real Time Character Modeling. – Strong understanding of process optimization techniques. – Experience in business process reengineering. – Knowledge of process mapping and modeling tools. – Ability to conduct business process analysis.
