Purpose of the Job:As a WMS Business Process Analyst, you will be the vital link between business operations, IT, and third-party vendors. You’ll analyze, document, and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with WMS capabilities. Your expertise will support system configuration, user adoption, and data integrity, ensuring a successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and align them with WMS functionality.
  • Conduct gap analysis between existing processes and the new WMS, recommending process improvements.
  • Support data migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Work closely with IT teams and vendors to configure and optimize the system.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation, ensuring business needs are met.
  • Drive change management initiatives to support a smooth transition for end-users.
  • Document workflows, training materials, and process changes for long-term sustainability.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues, and refining processes.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in business process analysis within WMS or supply chain environments.
  • Strong understanding of WMS solutions, ideally Blue Yonder (2019+) or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for business users.
  • Experience with data migration, UAT, and system testing.
  • Familiarity with distribution methodologies and operational processes.
