This is an exciting role for someone who loves to analyse, design and deliver solutions from start to end. You will join a high-performing, cross-functional domain of data science and automation experts, collaborating to develop cutting-edge software. As a Business Process Analyst, you will drive technology innovation across the Suncorp group through delivering relevant, intelligent solutions alongside a capable and supportive team that fosters strong culture.What you’ll do

• Engage with product owners, process owners and take end to end ownership of AI & Automation projects (discovery, analysis, testing, and implementation)
• Independently lead the review of business process, architecture, design, and plan for intelligent solution delivery
• Identify and extract requirements using a range of business analysis tools; such as interviews, document and desktop analysis, workshops and side by side observations
• Evaluate information and data to determine problems/opportunities/solutions
• Contribute to estimation of development, and drive and manage performance of code development to ensure target timeframes are achieved
• Assess risk on any new and changed systems/processes and recommend controls where required
• Build and present recommendations, findings, and options to Senior Management

What you’ll bring

• Significant experience in facilitating and leading process discovery, modelling activities to quickly assess improvement or automation opportunity
• Experience in owning and managing multiple initiatives end to end
• Background in delivery of automation or technology enabled business solutions
• Exposure to Robotic Process Automation and/or Generative AI
• Experience working with technology departments, including offshore developers
• Business Analysis qualifications (desirable)
