Job description: The Medical City Ortigas is searching for an experienced Systems, Procedures and Policies Specialist to join the team and help lead the organization to the next level. This role is crucial for developing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing organizational systems, procedures, and policies to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business goals. The position involves collaboration with multiple departments to establish standardized practices and ensure adherence to policies. This role will report directly to the Section – Systems, Procedures and Policies. What’s The Role All About Job responsibilities include, but not limited to: Systems Management and Optimization. Policy Development and Maintenance. Procedure Development and Documentation. Compliance and Risk Management. Reporting and Analysis. Who Are We Looking For An effective Systems, Procedures and Policies Specialist must possess the following attributes: Technical Proficiency: Ability to manage and enhance systems for operational efficiency. Process Improvement: Skills to analyze, optimize, and implement system improvements. Regulatory Knowledge: Ability to create policies aligned with industry standards and legal requirements. Process Mapping: Ability to develop clear and structured procedures for operational tasks. Standardization: Competence in ensuring uniformity and compliance across all documented procedures. Risk Assessment: Ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks. Data Analysis: Ability to generate and interpret reports for informed decision-making. Regulatory Compliance: Skills to ensure adherence to internal and external regulations. Ideally, a candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Information Systems or any related courses with at least 3-5 years of experience for a similar function.
