With over 28,200+ associates, it’s the largest software development center of Bosch, outside Germany, indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe and the Asia Pacific region.Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:Create, edit, design, and format PowerPoint documents with a focus on quality and visual impact.Develop visually appealing infographics, templates, and layouts to enhance the effectiveness of presentations.Develop illustrations, digital and print designsCollaborate closely with the research team to transform textual input into engaging and informative presentation decks.Ensure consistency in branding, design elements, and messaging across all presentation materials.Incorporate photo editing tools, iconography, and other visual elements to enhance the overall presentation quality.Follow established style guidelines and adhere to company branding standards.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within established timelines.Interact with clients to clarify doubts and provide suggestions on layouts, designsWork with cross-functional teams on seamless design and implementation of highly scalable dynamic ad display campaignsProvide successful creative solutions that align to both client and business needsUnderstand and adapt to emerging tools, technologies, and best business practicesRequired Skills:Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerPointStrong design skills with an eye for detail and the ability to create visually compelling layouts.Working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and Adobe XD to enhance visual elements in presentations.Excellent understanding of graphic design and design principlesProficiency in written / verbal English communication is a mustDemonstrate ability to work independently on self-directed projects and to collaborate in a teamTeam player and good interpersonal skillsQualificationsAny degree. Preference: Major in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Visual and Communication Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent (in a creative profession)Additional Information2 to 4 years of work experience in design and designing presentations for enterprises in line with corporate branding
