• Market Research:

Conduct detailed research, using various secondary sources (industry reports, publicly available data, and third-party research), to analyse market trends, customer preferences, and perform market sizing and competitor landscape analysis to identify market opportunities * Strategic Planning:Assist in the formulation and execution of growth strategies, including supporting the setting of growth targets and identifying new market segments for growth opportunities * Business Planning & Forecasting:Support the budgeting process, the development of rolling forecasts, and assess and highlight risks associated with business growth * Scenario Planning:Support scenario planning exercises to evaluate the potential outcomes of strategic decisions and their impact on the organization * Presentations:Prepare presentations and reports for cross-functional stakeholders, including blueprint development and case studies to support Circles in partner market expansion efforts. * Ad-hoc Projects:Participate in other strategic initiatives and projects as required.Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, STEM or related field.
• Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or Big 4 strategy consulting) or investment banking.
• Prior experience with telecommunications or technology industry coverage is a plus.
• Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and business case development.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing strategic reports and presentations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in analytical work.
