• Develop ADNOC’s 5-Year business plans in line with shareholder directives and organizational objectives
• Coordinate with departments to gather inputs for strategic plans and performance contracts
• Review and analyze capital budget requests, ensuring alignment with the business plan and feasibility standards
• Conduct economic and financial evaluations to validate project viability under the Value Assurance Process (VAP)
• Provide long-term expenditure forecasts and identify risks, value-adding opportunities, and mitigation strategies
• Monitor and assess divisional performance contracts, prepare reports, and recommend adjustments where needed
• Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines, ADNOC policies, and international best practices

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas business planning, including exposure to capital budgeting and performance management
• Strong financial and economic analysis capabilities with knowledge of project evaluation techniques
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
