Job description: The Business Planning Manager drives strategic planning, implements business plans, analyses performance data, and ensures compliance. They collaborate across departments, support team activities, and represent the Technology Department in committees, driving continuous improvement initiatives.– Lead the strategic planning process and develop robust business plans.
– Oversee the implementation of business plans and monitor progress.
– Collaborate with various departments to align strategies and objectives.
– Analyse performance data and provide insightful reports to stakeholders.
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Technology Department.
– Provide guidance and support to team members in their planning activities.
– Ensure the compliance of plans with regulatory requirements.
– Participate in relevant committees and working groups as a representative of the Technology DepartmentContribute to the company’s long term growth and successInfluence organisational planning and decision makingA successful Business Planning Manager should have:

• A degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.

• Demonstrable experience in strategic planning and implementation.

• Proficiency in using planning tools and software.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.

Expected salary: £49000 per year
