Job description: Are you a spreadsheet sleuth with a head for numbers and a passion for operational problem-solving? We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the world’s most admired tech brands – and they’re looking for a sharp, analytical Business Planning Analyst to join their EMEA Workforce Operations team.In this role, you’ll support global sales operations by validating vendor invoices, creating insightful reports, and driving alignment between workforce planning and financial controls.? What You’ll Be Doing:
- Validate monthly and quarterly vendor invoices for global outsourcing partners
- Create dashboards and reports in Google Sheets and Excel to support vendor performance and planning
- Lead monthly spend deep-dives, providing insightful commentary on variances and trends
- Support SPIFF/incentive forecasting and vendor expansion strategy
- Partner with internal regional leads and external vendor contacts across EMEA, APAC and NORAM

- Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formula writing
- Experience working in a data-heavy environment, such as invoice validation, financial operations, or workforce analysis
- Strong communication skills – confident engaging with both internal teams and external vendor stakeholders

- SQL skills or experience with enterprise reporting tools
- Experience in outsourcing, vendor management, workforce operations, or shared services
- Background in forecasting, capacity planning, or performance reporting

- Location: Remote (must be UK-based)
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
- Contract: 12-month contract, potential to extend
- Team: Strategic Planning & Workforce Operations – supporting Global Small Business Sales programmes
