Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Performance & Strategy Manager (DMart) to join our growing business!ResponsibilitiesCollate information and build presentations for monthly/ quarterly reporting purposes to local/regional senior managementBuild relationships with other key stakeholders across finance, marketing, pricing & logistics to define and track shared OKRs and KPIsDefine timelines and track progress of key initiatives, communicating milestones and deliverables to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.Provide insights and commentary on business performance to the QC regional performance team, for upwards reporting to Pandora C-Level managementWork closely with various teams within the QComm Department to track, monitor, and influence performance indicators of the business through the creation of insightful reports that drive data-driven decisions; andEvaluate strategies and scale up adoption of marketing solutions, and campaigns and promotions aimed at driving customer acquisition and retention, and growth.QualificationsRequirementsA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or any other similar quantitative fieldAbility to work with large datasets, proficiency in using basic data analysis tools such as Google Sheets and MS ExcelKnowledge of SQL, and experience working with business intelligence tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, and Power BI are a plusExperience working with Salesforce or other similar CRM tool is a plusStructured problem solving ability with excellent analytical and organizational skillsGood communication skills, i.e. must be able to liaise well with different teamsTeam player but can work independentlyRequired language(s): English and FilipinoAdditional InformationWhat we offerA dynamic and challenging work environment.A company committed to developing you personally and professionally.A great working atmosphere with regular company and team events.A vibrant and international team committed to diversity and inclusion.Responsibility from day one in a fast growing and global company.Other benefits include free food, health and dental insurance, and learning and development opportunities!foodpanda is operated by Delivery Hero Group (“DH Group”) – the world’s leading local delivery platform, operating in 70+ markets across Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa.
