Job description: Job Description Develops and implements procurement strategies to optimize vendor performance and cost savings. Manages the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management. Builds and maintains strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality service delivery and compliance. Conducts market research to identify potential vendors and evaluate their offerings. Analyzes procurement data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and cost optimization. Reduces unnecessary spending by identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing purchasing decisions. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with organizational goals. Leads contract negotiations to achieve favorable terms and conditions for the organization. Monitors vendor performance and conducts regular reviews to assess compliance with contracts and service-level agreements. Ensures adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Provides training and support to team members on vendor management best practices. Tracks procurement targets to ensure they are met and implements corrective actions as needed. Requirements Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 2 years of work experience in procurement, vendor management, supply chain, or purchasing. Experience in contract negotiations, cost analysis, and supplier relationship management. Background in logistics, fulfillment, or warehouse operations is a plus. Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Google Sheets, for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with procurement or supply chain management software is an advantage. Strong financial acumen with experience in cost modeling, budgeting, and expense tracking. Negotiation & Vendor Management: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and pricing. Ability to assess vendor capabilities, ensuring service quality, compliance, and cost efficiency. Resourceful in identifying alternative suppliers and optimizing purchasing strategies. Experience in resolving supplier disputes and ensuring contract adherence. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven, cost-conscious mindset. Ability to identify process improvements and implement cost-saving initiatives. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino. Ability to present procurement strategies and vendor performance insights to stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams and external partners. Project & Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Mobility & Flexibility: Willingness to travel to vendor sites, warehouses, and project locations as needed. Show more Show less
