Job description: Our client is a state-owned capital management group, with strong presence in Hong Kong and overseas.Job Title: Business Partner, Finance / Business OperationsLocation: Hong KongResponsibilities:

• Streamline finance and business operation process, collect, organize and analyze business data and project reserve, to provide information to the management team as required.
• Coordinate with the different business units in the group’s headquarters to promote business and resource management related matters.
• Assist with Sales and Marketing, identifying potential marketing channels, preparing marketing materials, coordinating with external parties for marketing activities.
• Centralize the group’s various business resources, and work with different business units to promote digital data governance and system optimization.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics or other relevant principles, with study experience in Hong Kong or overseas preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, business and risk management, strategic planning in financial service industries, and familiar with the Hong Kong financial market.
• Strong work ethics and good team spirit.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, good command of Chinese and English language.
• Experience in the Big 4 with CPA, HKICPA, CFA, FRM, etc. is highly appreciated.
