  • Resource should be able to contribute SME knowledge in PMO practices, driving continuous improvement in PMO service delivery to the business.
  • Oversight and Support of effective end to end workforce operations for aligned teams in core Business Management disciplines.
  • Support the CIO with workforce management of the full set business to deliver technology service on budget, meeting stretch targets through comprehensive understanding of skillset, recruitment, and vendor engagement practices.
  • Understand, manage and report on Workforce related requirements.
  • Manage resourcing and recruitment globally for various service types.
  • Support the team with implementing workforce strategy to support organizational goals and drive resource management operations to ensure successful execution of workforce plans.
  • Ensure excellent quality of workforce data and alignment of data across relevant tools and systems.
  • Stakeholder Management of Technology Teams and Central COO.
  • Support the automation of processes where required.
  • Ensure accurate Financial Management across portfolio i.e. articulation of WD+2, WD+6 reports and drawing conclusions & actions out of it.
  • Support and drive some initiatives as and when required around people strategy.
  • Support & drive Management of Direct costs for service line.
  • Own and oversee management of CTB & RTB budget management.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Good understanding of finance terms like CTB, RTB Funding & Budget Management.
  • Versed with HSBC Business Management role & financial management practices.
  • Adept in Accruals & various types of vendor contracts and processes around it.
  • Strong Analytical & stakeholder Management skills.
